France 2023- Nice et Paris

  Jour 8   Another thing that reminded me of my mother was visiting Notre Dame. My family is Catholic and when we visited Paris when I was in high school, we went to Notre Dame and it brought my mother to tears. Seeing the state the church is in now broke my heart, but I know that before I know it, it will be good as new. I was happy to see that the front half was intact and will plan on visiting again when the renovations are complete.   Un autre truc qui m’a rappelé ma mère était visiter Notre Dame. Voyant l’état de l’eglise maintenant a brisé mon cœur, mais je sais qu’avant que je le sache, elle sera comme neuve.
